Producer: Azienda Agricola Paride Spinelli from C.da Laroma, Casoli, Italy This flavorful sugo made from fresh, pureed tomatoes is based on the southern Italian classic Pasta alla Puttanesca, where olives, anchovies and garlic are combined. Garlic, fresh parsley, salt and olive oil give this sauce its final touch and make for an unmistakable taste experience. Heat over low heat and mix with the pasta for a special and typically Italian flavor combination. Here you can truly taste the sun in the tomatoes: Spinelli is a small company with only 12 employees that grows its own tomatoes exclusively and sources them from small, select farms in the region. Must have!!!
Diesen würzigen, nach Mittelmeerküche schmeckenden Sugo möchte ich in meinem Vorrat nicht vermissen. Ein echtes Basic für Pasta, Gemüse und Fischgerichte. Sehr zu empfehlen!
