These nest-shaped pappardelle impress with their great bite and versatility: the wide pasta absorbs creamy, spicy sauces perfectly and is typically served with a hearty game ragú, but makes an equally good accompaniment to a wealth of other recipes with vegetables, fish or meat. Pappardelle dried slowly at a low temperature, made in Abruzzo by the Fratelli de Luca pasta factory. The pasta is produced using the traditional artisan method in the bronze mould - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere beautifully. Pack of 500 g.
