Spaghetto quadrato is a distinctive pasta classic that belongs in every kitchen for its versatility and firm bite. Spaghetto Quadrato dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g.
