Linguine - the classic pasta format of Campania and Genovese cuisine, which invites a variety of recipes. With fine, refined sauces or a fresh Pesto alla Genovese this pasta harmonizes particularly well. Linguine dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g. Cooking time: 9 minutes | al dente: 8 minutes.
