Orecchiette - a typical feature of Apulian cuisine. With its curved shape and its particularly rough surface, this pasta goes perfectly with savory or lighter sauces and fresh vegetables. Orecchiette dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g. Cooking time: 9 minutes | al dente: 8 minutes.
