The shape and texture of this Mezzi Rigatoni makes it a perfect choice for rich, creamy sauces. This pasta is also particularly tasty with light sauces or baked over. Slowly dried at a low temperature, Mezzi Rigatoni is made in Abruzzo by the Fratelli de Luca pasta factory. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g.
