The shape and texture of this rigatoni makes it a perfect choice for rich, creamy sauces. This pasta is also particularly tasty with light sauces or baked over. Rigatoni dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g.
