Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, Norway.
Shipping costs (including value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Delivery by GLS, DPD, DHL or UPS - flat rate € 4.90 per shipment.
From an order value of € 80.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:
We charge flat-rate shipping costs abroad as follows:
EU - € 20,00 (islands excluded)
Switzerland - € 25,00
Norway - € 25,00

Delivery times
In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within
3-5 days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within
within 14 days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment order), insofar as

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed
