These penne rigate are particularly suitable for rich, creamy sauces due to their shape and structure - but this pasta is also particularly tasty with light sauces. Penne Rigate dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g.
