Crafted entirely by hand in Miglianico, Abruzzo, each Mafaldine is made from 100% locally grown durum wheat semolina, milled on-site, and blended with pure spring water from the Majella mountains. The pasta is bronze-drawn and slow-dried to preserve its natural structure, nutrients and full grain flavor.
This traditional process results in pasta that’s naturally porous and incredibly satisfying to eat – perfect for clinging to sauces, from classic meat ragù and mushroom creams to butter and sage or roasted pumpkin. The bite is firm, the mouthfeel rich, and the experience unforgettable.
