Spaghetti alla Chitarra - a special pasta specialty from Abruzzo, which thanks to its square shape and porous surface develops its own "bite" and is ideal with strong meat sauces, but is also particularly tasty with light and fresh sauces. Chitarra dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g. Cooking time: 11 minutes | al dente: 10 minutes.
