Alianto is made from the ancient native grape variety Pecorino, which gives this wine its golden color with green reflections, its fresh and decisive character and its robust structure. The bouquet is fresh and citrusy, with grapefruit standing out, and finishes with honeyed notes. On the palate it is harmonious, persistent and with a marked freshness resulting from the unusually intense acidity of the grape. It goes well with all fish dishes and white meats.
Founded in 1961, Cantina Colle Moro's lands and holdings have been dedicated to viticulture for over 50 years, producing some of Italy's finest grapes. With more than 1,600 hectares, the Cantina's vineyards cover 6 villages and specialize primarily in the cultivation of regional grape varieties such as Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The hilly landscape, the geographical position, a favorable climate and last but not least the high quality standards make the wines of Colle Moro a unique taste experience.
