Kerù: A rosé wine with a deep cherry-pink colour and red reflections, made from the indigenous grape varieties Montepulciano and Merlot. The bouquet reveals a light scent of red fruits such as blueberry and raspberry, as well as delicate floral notes of roses. The taste is fresh, balanced and pleasantly soft. Maturation in steel tanks for at least two months further emphasises the special character of this wine. It is excellent with starters, fish dishes, most meat dishes such as pork or lamb, shellfish or cheese. Serving temperature: 8-12 C°. The history of the Cerretano winery began in the early 1900s as a small family business, which is now carried on by the fourth generation of Cerretanos with passion and a sense of tradition. Their close and respectful relationship with nature led to the decision to convert the farm to organic cultivation: The renunciation of environmentally harmful chemicals, certified organic cultivation, the use of organic products that do not contain genetically modified organisms and substances of animal origin, and the reduction of technical interventions result in high-quality wines that can be enjoyed by gourmets, allergy sufferers, vegetarians and vegans alike.
