Facciabbella: A wine of light, straw-yellow colour with brownish reflections, made from the old native Pecorino grape variety. The bouquet is floral and intense, revealing notes of exotic fruits, with hints of orange blossom and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is harmonious, persistent, with good freshness and balanced smoothness. Maturation in stainless steel vats for at least two months further emphasises the special character of this wine. It is excellent as a still aperitif and is equally ideal with refined hors d'oeuvres, fish dishes, white meat and eggs. This wine is best drunk young, preferably within a year of its production, to enjoy all its best organoleptic qualities. Serving temperature: 10-12 C°. The history of the Cerretano winery began in the early 1900s as a small family business, which is now carried on by the fourth generation of Cerretanos with passion and a sense of tradition. Their close and respectful relationship with nature led to the decision to convert the farm to organic cultivation: The renunciation of environmentally harmful chemicals, certified organic cultivation, the use of organic products that do not contain genetically modified organisms and substances of animal origin, and the reduction of technical interventions result in high-quality wines that can be enjoyed by gourmets, allergy sufferers, vegetarians and vegans alike.
