5Mila: a harmonious white wine made from pure Cococciola grapes harvested in the Terre di Chieti area of Abruzzo, where they enjoy an ideal combination of sun, proximity to the sea and soil conditions. The result is a fresh and balanced wine with a delicate bouquet of fresh floral and citrus notes with light herbal nuances and a pleasantly quaffable finish that can be enjoyed on many occasions. Maturation in steel for at least 2 months further emphasises the special character of this wine. It goes well with white meat, fish dishes, fresh cheese and pizza. Serving temperature: 4-6 C°. The history of the Cerretano winery began in the early 1900s as a small family business, which is now carried on by the fourth generation of Cerretanos with passion and a sense of tradition. Their close and respectful relationship with nature led to the decision to convert the farm to organic cultivation: The renunciation of environmentally harmful chemicals, certified organic cultivation, the use of organic products that do not contain genetically modified organisms and substances of animal origin, and the reduction of technical interventions result in high-quality wines that can be enjoyed by gourmets, allergy sufferers, vegetarians and vegans alike.
