Harmonious, persistent and powerful, it carries an intense vinous bouquet of ripe red fruits. Elegant and powerful on the palate, with a rich tannic texture. Ideal with hearty meat dishes, especially roasts. It also goes well with fresh pasta with tomato sauce and pairs well with duck in orange sauce or even Venetian-style liver. The history of the Cerretano winery began in the early 1900s as a small family business, which is now carried on by the fourth generation of Cerretanos with passion and a sense of tradition.
