Tagliolini - a particularly typical feature of Italian cuisine. This long, thin pasta, shaped like small nests, is the perfect choice to accompany light sauces, soups and broths, as well as various meats and vegetables. Tagliolini dried slowly at low temperature, produced in Abruzzo by the pasta factory Fratelli de Luca. The pasta is produced according to the traditional artisan method in the bronze mold - this creates the rough surface to which the sauce can adhere wonderfully. Package of 500 g. Cooking time: 5 minutes | al dente: 4 minutes.
